This document is designated by MLW & Associates, LLP for the sub-company, Vraul Weblogs to define methods and uses of the MLW & Associates, LLP systems that are uses in which are considered satisfactory and within contract.

THE VRAUL BAR
The Vraul Bar is in its place not for advertisement, but so the user can sign-in to our systems and report abuse at the click of a button. Therefor any attempts to hide the button on one’s website, or to impede its function will result in the site being banned.

AUTOMATED ACCESS
You may not at any time attempt to create a user account, blog, blog post, or anything else which intentionally detours automation (i.e. CAPTCHAs) by means that are anything other than direct human contact. It is, in the United States, illegal to flood any computer with requests either with intent to cause performance issues or to perform automated actions meant for human intervention. In consequence and response to the bots out there that email unchecked by many ISP’s & Web Hosts, we do bill at a rate of $100.00 per bot that access our website in attempts to create a new account, post articles, or create a new blog.

SPAM BLOGS AND POSTS
We allow both commercial, personal, and organizational blogs on our systems. We do not allow sites created for the sole purpose of inflating search engine ranking of a “master” website. We classify blogs as “Spam Blogs” by 3 ways. First, if the site seems that it is was not developed with the intent of a human being reading the site; it is spam. Secondly, if the site and posts contain outrageous amounts of links to websites, it is spam; of course common sense is applied, if a post is made about links to “games of the year” type posts, but creating a sentence, and linking every word to a website, or different websites owned by the same person; is spam). Last, if a site is created, and is not accessed or the Terms of Service is not accepted within 7 days of creation, it is spam.

If your blog or account gets hit as a spammer, it is not the end of the world.  Our filters are very strong, and with over 1,000,000 bot hits per month, our filters are more than 99.99% accurate, but they also have a tendency of flagging non-bots and spammers as so.  If this happens, simply contact us, and ask someone to review your status.

INACTIVE BLOGS
Blogs in which that are not visited or administered for over 6 months will be automatically deleted in order to conserve space and to keep our services free for everyone.  We do suggest that you at lease visit your blog once per week, and administer it once per month.

ADULT BLOGS
Blogs containing nudity, pornography, and other mature content is allowed, but is marked as mature requiring anyone whom accesses your blog to be above the age of 18 by entering a birthday before entrance to the site.

BLOGS CONTAINING ILLICIT CONTENT
We try our best to enforce US and State of North Carolina laws on our systems, however we are not law enforcement but any content that is considered “illegal” or “illicit” is not allowed on our systems and will result in a ban FOR EACH AND EVERY ADMIN ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITE.  We take reports of illegal activity, abuse, and other claims about your website though our abuse form which can be accessed by clicking the “Vraul” button and then “Report Abuse”.
